# Disable printing without card/PIN

# Ability to create guest accounts for guest printing

# Integration with Active Directory for user Authentication

# Self-Enrollment

# Ability to import accounts with cards details in bulk

# Hardware support and compatibility with HP M750/M602/M608 printers and RFID proximity cards

# Perpetual license per device

# Installation and configuration of the management software on a local server provided by UNICEF (no Cloud based)

# Generate reports with Dashboards to provide full visibility on printing including:

- Pages per user

- Pages per printer

- Pages per Department (ability to assign users to groups to see the total # pages each department prints)

- Top 10s with email notifications

# Provide full support on any technical issue during the 1st year at UNICEF MENA Regional office, Tlaa Al-Ali, Amman, Jordan

# The supplier must be an officially certified YSoft partner based in Jordan and authorized to support and provide YSoft SafeQ solutions

# Warranty on Terminals for 3 years minimum
