Provision of Custom-made Electronic Time Stamp Machine and Automatic Perforating Machine

The United Nations has a requirement for the provison of the following items for use by its various field office worldwide: 1) Electronic Time Stamp Machine with Digital Display which prints Date, Time and two (2) lines of inscription. 2) Electronic Security Custom-made Perforator with Pedal for automatic perforation. All items shall meet the below minimum standards; - be able to perforate marks in single operation through a minimum stack of 20 pages/leafs. - have a minimum capacity of making marks consisting of characters and numbers in a single operation. - be able to perforate in the following sequence: two digit day (DD), two digit month (MM) and two digit year (YY), for characters (to perforate either of the initials: ITBG, RFPG, RFQS, BAFO) followed by five (5) digit numbers (from 0-9). Example: DDMMYY ITBS 12345. - be supplied with an option for foot pedal operation in addition to an built-in hand operation button. - all machines supplied must be able to operate in both 110V/120V and 220V/240V systems with built-in voltage regulators to safeguard against current fluctuations while in use in various field conditions. - must be accompanied by warranty (parts & labor) and available service centers worldwide, if available, shall be mentioned.
