New clarification added: Q3- We submit the following questions with respect to the previously addressed Q&A:Item 3 – MIRE DE CHANTIER: What kind of sight? (Regular usage in the field)There are many regular sights used in the field. This answer is a bit unclear.Do you require a accuracy of 1", 2", 3" or 5"?What range do you need? Do you accept 5,000 m to prism / DR 800 m?Item 6 and 7 – CHAINE 100m et 50m: What type of chain? how thick? What is it made of? It is a topographic material. There are different ¨topographical materials¨ such as wood, aluminum etc. Do you have a preference?  Please note that all items required in this RFQ are topographic materials and are standard based on the brand proposed.There are multiple topographical materials and the brands proposed (or equivalent) do have products with different specifications under the same brand. R3-  Please note that Section II and III of the RFQ will be amended to modify the specifications.

New clarification added: Q2- Would it be possible to extend the deadline? This solicitation was just published and the deadline is only two business days away. Timing is quite restrictive. Particularly, when you consider the need to clarify some items.R2- The deadline has been extended.Q2-1 There are multiple models of total stations. However, your requirements do not specify the performance requirements that UNOPS wants from the total stations to determine which model to propose.R2-1 Please find the new specifications as per amended Section II and III.Q2-2 The delivery time is only one week after contract signature. At the same time you are requiring DAP terms.  It is highly unlikely with our experience in Haiti that customs will process a delivery within a week. We suggest to extend the timeframe.R2-2 The delivery time has been extended to 2 weeks. 

New amendment added #2: AVENANT# 2Cet avenant no. 2 est créé pour apporter des changements aux spécifications techniques des Section II - Liste des Besoins et Annexe C - Formulaire de proposition technique de la Section III - Annexes de soumission. La langue de soumission dans la rubrique "Details/Particulars" de la demande de cotations a été modifié et par conséquent, un soumissionnaire pourra faire son offre dans les deux langues: français et anglais.Tous les autres termes et conditions de la demande de cotations demeurent inchangés et de toute vigueur.

New amendment added #1: AVENANT# 1Cet avenant no. 1 est issu pour modifier à l'Annexe C - Formulaire de proposition technique, le d'élai de livraison du matériel topographique qui passe d'une (1) semaine à deux (2) semaines et aussi d'étendre le délai de réception des offres au 17 juin 2019 à 14:00 heures (Haiti heure locale) et par conséquent le délai pour les demandes de clarifications au 13 juin 2019 à 14:00 heures (Haiti heure locale).Tous les autres termes et conditions de la demande de cotations demeurent inchangés et de toute vigueur.

How tall?Item 5 – CANNE A PRISME: What is a prism cane? Do you mean a telescoping pole? It it a telescoping pole that has a prism.Item 6 and 7 – CHAINE 100m et 50m: What type of chain? how thick?
