New clarification added: Question: In the Schedule of Requirements it is indicated, under section C.2. Catering sercices, for the Buffet lunch:"Buffet lunch: choice of salad, non veg main, halal, veg main, bread, dessert, choice of non-alcoholic beverage (1pp), coffee/tea Choice of Cold beverage (2pp): (soft drink, mineral water, juices), Coffee/tea"Kindly clarify if we should budget for 1 or 2 non-alcoholic beverage per person.Answer:Bidders should budget for one (1) non-alcoholic drink per person per lunch in accordance with the table of deliverables line 2.1 and the corresponding line 2.1 in the Form B: Price Schedule Form. The correct line is "Buffet lunch: choice of salad, non veg main, halal, veg main, bread, dessert, choice of non-alcoholic beverage (1pp), coffee/tea".

New clarification added: Question:The Schedule of Requirements indicates:- Accommodation in a 4 Star or above rated hotel (single standard room with breakfast and Wi-Fi) for up to 150 persons.and- At the time the Contract is awarded, UNOPS reserves the right to vary the quantity of the rooms / participants and associated services specified above, provided this does not exceed +/- 20% of the total amount."Up to" would refer to the fact that 150 is a maximum, while "+/- 20%" would suggest a range of 130 to 180.Please confirm that while the number or rooms can potentially be decreased down to 130, the maximum number of rooms is indeed 150?Answer:The Schedule of Requirement is noting under Additional notes to the table of deliverables that "At the time the Contract is awarded, UNOPS reserves the right to vary the quantity of the rooms / participants and associated services specified above, provided this does not exceed +/- 20% of the total amount, with the exception of the second table ‘Additional items’, without any change in the unit prices or other terms and conditions of the ITB." For clarification purposes, this paragraph is referring to the amount of Zambian Kwacha, rather than a quantity of items. While there is a possibility that we will require less rooms than 150, we do confirm that the maximum number of rooms required through this bid are 150.
