Contract for the provision of maintenance and repair of building equipment at the three buildings of the UN-ICTY, located in The Hague, The Netherlands

The UN-International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (UN-ICTY) located in The Hague, Netherlands, seeks Expression of Interest for a Request for Proposal (RFP) it intends to issue to establish a contract for the provision of maintenance and repair of various building and security related equipment (Equipment) at the three buildings of the UN-ICTY, located in The Hague, The Netherlands, including supply and replacement of spare parts and accessories thereof. An indication of the items to for which maintenance and repairs is to be carried out is as follows: 1) Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) 2) Automatic Gates and Doors 3) Kitchen Equipment and Refrigerators 4) Shredders 5) Flagpoles 6) UPS Systems 7) Emergency Generator 8) Various security screening equipment The contract shall also include consulting services such as air quality diagnostic testing, identifying sources of contamination, and development of remedial action, mechanical and electrical design services for minor renovation and retrofit projects and special investigations such as energy management, and specialised inspection, and trouble shooting.
