Staff Survey

It is anticipated that the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, The Netherlands, will shortly be issuing a solicitation on the provision of Staff Servey services. In this connection, the ICC is requesting expression of interest from qualified firms.

The ICC is seeking qualified companies to conduct a Staff Survey during 14-30 June 2010 for approximately 800 staff.

·         Online administration of the survey is required in two languages - French and English.

·         Overall report including recommendations.

·         Presentation of results to senior managers of the ICC.

·         Expert support for managers responsible for implementing improvements that are highlighted by the 2010 staff survey such as how to:

-          Interpret and analyse results;

-          Prepare for and conduct feedback meetings with staff;

-          Plan actions; and

-          Follow-up on actions.

·         Systems such as:

-          Online system for recording and monitoring action plans

-          Online data analysis and report creation tool
