The United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Western Asia (ESCWA) hereby is requesting Expression of Interests from qualified firms for the: Provision of Operation, Maintenance and Repair Services of the Entire Base Building and Interiors, Mechanical-Electrical-Electronic-Plumbing Systems and related Equipment including Water Proofing, required at the United Nations House, Riad El-Sohl Square, Beirut. The Operation and Maintenance Services should include, but not limited to,: (i) HVAC Systems (heating ventilation and air-conditioning); (ii) Electrical Power; (iii) Lifts; (iv) Fire Alarm System; (v) Telephone System Network Cabling and Frame; (vi) CCTV System; (vii) MATV System; (viii) Conference Equipment and Sound Systems; (ix) Access Control System; (x) Building Management System; (xi) Public Address System; (xii) Domestic and Services Water System; (xiii) Sewage System; (xiv) Fire Fighting System; (xv) Hot Water System; (xvi) Miscellaneous Systems and Equipment; (xvii) Water Proofing; (xviii) Optional Services.
