Third Party Monitoring Services for UNICEF Yemen.
The United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) in Yemen is looking for interested private companies-institutions, partners and/or Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) registered and/or operational in Yemen, to carry out the following services in relation to the cash transfer projects that are implemented in Yemen:
Third Party Monitoring service: Private companies with proven capacity to provide independent monitoring services including ongoing monitoring of the project (field facilitation, verification and grievances and redressal, post transfer monitoring); and to conduct investigation of cases selected by UNICEF.
Interested vendors and NGOs are requested to contact UNICEF by email (yemenpmubids@unicef.org) and submit the followings:
- Expression of interest letter with the reference to which above service(s),
- Details of expertise in relation to the said service(s), including a list of Projects implemented through company/partners in Yemen.
- Company profiles in English.
- Company’s latest two years’ audited financial statements. Preferably in English.
- Company/institutional registration certificates within Yemen, if applicable. If not register in Yemen, to provide any local partnership agreement, and to provide work experience with local partners in Yemen,
- Resumes of your key personnel.
All interested vendors must be send the above EOI (and all required documentation) no later than 11 October 2018, 15:00 hrs (Yemen local time). The subject title of the email must be: EOI UNICEF Yemen Projects.
Finally, all interested vendors may attend an optional pre-bid online meeting scheduled as per the following details:

All interested parties must send an email with their representative’s name and email address to ohamdallah@unicef.org by 7th October 2018. We will share the online meeting link only with vendors who confirm their attendance. The minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be posted on www.ungm.org upon its conclusion.
