Establish Long Term Arrangement for Printing Services for UNICEF Mumbai (For Indian Bidders Only)

United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) wishes to ESTABLISH LONG TERM ARRANGEMENT FOR PRINTING SERVICES through a competitive bidding process. In this respect, UNICEF would like to invite your company to submit quotes as outlined in this Invitation to Bid and the terms and conditions contained herein. (For Indian Bidders Only)

2. PRE BID MEETING:

2.1 A Pre bid  meeting will be held in UNICEF, B Wing R2, Ground Floor, Technopolis Building, Opposite, Holy Family School, Near MIDC, Mahakali Caves Road, Andheri East, Mumbai - 400093 as per the date mentioned below

Date – October 9, 2018; Time : 1430 hours

2.3 The questions and responses will be subsequently posted on UNGM website www.ungm.org (Business Opportunities) as an attachment under the “links” tab in the same tender notice by October 12, 2018

Please note, no request will be entertained for alternate date or time. 

3. Submission Deadline and Bid opening

3.1 The deadline for submission of the bid is as follows: October 24, 2018 - 1200 HRS.

3.2 Supplier will submit the bid electronically at ind.bids@unicef.org in the following manner:

-  Subject to indicate – Name of Agency and ITB no “ITB-2018-081-9143234”

3.3 Services Form to be signed and sent along with the Technical Proposal for acceptance of GTCs.

 IMPORTANT: BIDS ARE TO BE SENT ONLY AT ind.bids@unicef.org. BIDS SENT TO ANY INDIVIDUAL WILL BE DISQUALIFIED.

Due to the nature of this ITB, there will be no public opening of proposals

PLEASE NOTE: UNDER INSTRUCTION TO BIDDERS - Only Clause 1.7 (Email Bids) is applicable. Clause 1.5 to 1.6.2 will not be applicable for this bid.
