Provision of maintenance support services for IBM i2 Analyst Notebook software licences

The International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified vendors for an Invitation to Bid (ITB) it intends to issue for the provision of maintenance support services for IBM i2 Analyst Notebook software licences for its offices located in The Hague and Arusha. The requirement is for a comprehensive support and maintenance program for its existing 12 (twelve) concurrent licenses for IBM i2 Analyst’s Notebook and associated software in support of the Office of the Prosecutor’s investigations for both The Hague and Arusha, however orders for both shall be delivered in The Hague. The IRMCT intends to issue a long-term contract with optional extensions through to 2022, (subject to satisfactory performance). It shall be noted that detailed requirements/specifications will be provided in the solicitation document. Please note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your company will be invited to the forthcoming tender that will be issued. A list of companies to be invited will be established subsequent to the review and analyses of the responses to this EOI exercise.
