New amendment added #1: This amendment#1 will reflect changes to the date and time of mandatory pre-bid clarification meeting and mandatory site inspection from 11th of September 2018 afternoon to 10th of September 2018 morning as per below.A clarification/pre-bid meeting will be held on September 10, 2018, at 10:00AM (Moring) in UNOPS Office Chawk Conference Room, UNOCA Compound, Jalalabad Road, Kabul, Afghanistan. The clarification/pre-bid meeting is mandatory. Prospective Bidders must communicate the names and national ID/passport number of their representatives who are nominated to attend the clarification/pre-bid meeting and site inspection latest on or before September 9, 2018 until 2:00pm (Afternoon) through the system in order to obtain entry permit to UNOCA CompoundA group site inspection will be held on September 10, 2018, at 11:00AM (Morning) just after the pre-bid meeting at the project site inside UNOCA Compound, Jalalabad Road, Kabul, Afghanistan. The site inspection is mandatory. The same person who will attend the pre-bid meeting, can also participate to the site inspection.In addition to that the above, the document reference "02. ITB_Minor_Works_Construction_Contract_Section_II_Returnable Bid Sched (2)" is revised with some changes to the Key personnel.
