The United Nations Procurement Division/Regional Procurement Office (UNPD/RPO), hereby invites qualified and Competent Companies to submit their expressions of interests to establish a construction services contract at the United Nations Entebbe Support Base, Uganda (UNESB), for a period of six months (3+1+1+1) based on availability of funds and satisfactory performance of the contractor. The Scope of Works (SOW) are for UNESB premises and its terminal at Entebbe International Airport which includes: 1. Civil works. Excavation, Earth Work and Pavement Construction/Maintenance, Concrete and Mortar Works, Masonry and Soling Works, Plastering and Pointing Works, Floor and Wall Finish, Floor and Wall Finish and Painting. 2. Plumbing and Sanitary Works. Fixing all water supply system including laying, water tank installation at designated location, for hot and cold water including valves, fittings, pipe laying on surface with clamps, expansion fittings, and accessories all complete in accordance with line, level, grade and technical specification. 3. Electrical Works. Installation of Main distribution mountable push bottom lock as will be provided in detailed specifications, Plate Earthing Installation. 4. Mechanical works. Structural steel works, Metal works and Erection of Prefabricated structures. The UN shall issue task orders to the Contractor on "an as and when" required basis for the minor construction works.
