(Purchase of Boat Ambulance for Sudan)

The World Health Organization Regional Office for the Eastern Mediterranean (WHO/EMRO) seeks offers for purchase of 1 Boat Ambulance for use in Sudan, as per the attached specifications under (annex A.)
QUERIES:
• A prospective bidder requiring any clarification on technical, contractual or commercial matters may submit its questions via UNGM “Correspondence” tab no later than 2 July 2018.
CLOSING DATE: Monday, 16 July 2018 at 23:30 (CAIRO TIME)
SUBMISSION OF OFFERS:
• Offers must be submitted in the attached excel sheet and in PDF format. You may add other details as annexes, if any.
• If interested, you are kindly requested to register through United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) by logging-in to this site: https://www.ungm.org and following the guidance under Annex D. After having an active account, continue following the guidance, until you express your interest to this bid. Then you will be transferred to WHO’s e-tendering system to be able to collect the RFP documents and access your tender opportunities.
• All offers should be submitted on UNGM website before the above-mentioned closing date, and marked “Invitation to Bid: EMRO 6/2018/23 – Boat Ambulance for Sudan”.
IMPORTANT REMARK:
• Offers must comply with the requirements under (ANNEX B).
• Offers must be received and made in accordance with the instructions contained in this invitation.
• Any order resulting from this invitation shall contain WHO’s General Terms and Conditions (ANNEX C) and any other specific terms or conditions detailed within this invitation.

SELECTION/AWARD CRITERIA
• Offers with lowest price and meeting the required criteria detailed in Annex A will be considered.
EXCLUSION CRITERIA
• Offers that are not received before the specified deadline will not be considered.
• Only offers offering the requested specifications will be considered.
In case of award, the suppliers should provide:
• Certificate of Origin.
• Shipping documents, Packing list and invoice.
Self-Declaration form:
• Please complete the attached form and return it with your offer.
UN CODE OF CONDUCT:
