Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit:

A pre-bid meeting and site visit will be held as per date and time mentioned below.  Bidders are encouraged to seek clarifications during the pre-bid meeting and all queries will be addressed at this meeting.

The minutes of the pre-bid meeting will be subsequently posted on UNICEF India website by 14th June 2018.

Submission Deadline and Proposal opening

20th June 2018 at 1200 Hours

Proposers should submit their proposals electronically at ind.bids@unicef.org  in the following manner:

1. Technical Proposal file clearly named as “Agency Name - Technical Proposal-LRPS-2018-036-9140284”
2. Financial Proposal file clearly named as “Agency Name - Financial Proposal- LRPS-2018-036-9140284” and should be password protected
3. The “Request for Proposal for Services Form” (Page 3 of the RFP) should be completed and submitted along with the Technical and Financial proposal.

THE FINANCIAL PROPOSAL SHOULD BE PASSWORD PROTECTED.  PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THE PASSWORD WITH ANYONE UNLESS AND UNTIL ASKED THROUGH AN OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION.

EMAILED BIDS must be sent exclusively to ind.bids@unicef.org, in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender number LRPS-2018-036-9140284 in the subject line and emailed to arrive NO LATER than 20th June 2018 at 1200 hours. 

No other recipient should be "Cc" or "Bcc" in the e-mail submission. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED. 

Full proposals should be submitted in ENGLISH and in electronic PDF version, duly signed and dated.

Bidders must submit their proposal, ensuring separate emails for the Technical Proposal and the Financial Proposal. Each email should indicate the Tender Number and Technical or Price Proposal in the subject line.

The Financial Proposal must be submitted in an email separate from the rest of the proposal and should be password protected. NO PRICE INFORMATION SHOULD BE CONTAINED IN THE TECHNICAL PROPOSAL OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE PROPOSAL.

Any proposals received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.
