The United nations Office at Nairobi (UNON) hereby invites qualified companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) to participate in the upcoming competitive bidding exercise for the Supply of Display Stands and Banner Fittings to the UNON Division of Conference Services (DCS) - Printshop Services (PSS) at the UNON Complex in Gigiri. DCS-PSS uses Hewlett Packard large format printers for the production of posters, banners, exhibition and branding printable material on various indoor and outdoor substrates. UNON on behalf of DCS-PSS is seeking to establish a 5-year (3+1+1) Contract for the supply of the below display stands and banner fittings: 1. Flying Banners 2. Feather/ Breeze/ Flag Banners 3. X-Style Banners 4. Tear Drop Banners 5. Rectangular pop-up Banner Stands 6. Outdoor A Stands 7. Buttefly pop-up Stands 8. Standard Roll-up Banners 9. Wide Format Roll-up Banners 10. Fabric Pop-up Banners (flat/ curved) 11. Literature Displays, Leaflet racks and magazine display holders 12. Unipole Banner Stands/ Literature Stands 13. Snap Frames UNON invites companies to express their interest by filling out the vendor response form and sending it either electronically or via email. IMPORTANT: Please note that this REOI is not an invitation for submission of tenders. Its purpose is to identify eligible vendors that would be interested to participate in the related upcoming requirement. The complete detail of the requirement will be issued to bidders after this request for EOI is closed. UNON reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement of this EOI at any time during the EOI and/or solicitation process. Submitting a reply to this REOI does not therefore automatically guarantee that your company will be considered for issuance of the solicitation documents. Only vendors who, in the UN's sole discretion, are deemed eligible and qualified, upon completion of an objective evaluation of the EOI submissions, may receive the final tender solicitation documents.
