Request for Proposal: LRFPS-9139745 MALAWI EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMENT SECTOR ANALYSIS

Request for Proposals are invited from vendors, academic institutions and NGOs with proven capacity to supply professional services for the Malawi Early Childhood Sector Analysis.

The purpose of the consultancy is to conduct a sector analysis of the national early childhood development sub-sector. Specific objectives of the consultancy are to:

• Review the national ECD context to understand the political, institutional and financial arrangements for the sub-sector. This will also include information management for planning.
• Analyse the level of access, equity and use of ECD services.
• Establish the status of children and their home environment in terms of development.
• Analyse the quality and efficiency of ECD services.
