Mailing services for the United Nations Office at Vienna / United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime.

The Procurement Unit of the United Nations Office at Vienna anticipates to initiate in the near future a bidding exercise with regard to the mailing services of chemicals subjected to additional import and export formalities by either the anticipated country of export or country of import. Further details will be communicated to interested vendors via the tendering documents. Please note that this is not an invitation for submission of a bid and/or proposal. This is a Request for Expression of Interest (EoI) in order to identify qualified vendors interested in participating in the solicitation. Interested vendors must provide the completed Vendor Response Form (attached below), including the UNGM Vendor Registration Number. UNOV will examine the EoI and reserves the right to select the invitees for competitive bidding. Accordingly, an Expression of Interest does not automatically warrant an interested vendor's participation in the competitive bidding exercise. Furthermore, UNOV reserves the right to change or cancel any of this requirement at any time during EoI and/or solicitation process.
