UNICEF RFP-DAN-2018-502760 All-inclusive price per test procurement for HIV VL testing in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe

Background

Unitaid, through its implementing partners, UNICEF and Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI), aims to partner with governments and global purchasers to accelerate the shift to all-inclusive pricing contracts for Nuclei Acid testing services across HIV, HCV, HBV and HPV. To this end UNICEF is launching a tender that will serve as an instrument for piloting all-inclusive pricing for HIV Viral Load (VL) testing in four selected early-adopter countries – Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda, and Zimbabwe – to generate evidence for broader implementation. This initiative will provide key information on the pathway and challenges faced when shifting to locally monitored contracts and help lay the foundation for eventual adoption of all-inclusive pricing arrangements across all lab-based and POC technologies.

Based on the above requirement UNICEF wishes to invite you to submit an EMAIL OFFER against RFP-DAN-2018-502760 for All-inclusive price per test procurement for HIV VL testing in Malawi, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe
