Off-line perfect binding machine to bind print-on-demand documents and publications

1. Description of Requirement

The United Nations Office at Geneva, Switzerland (UNOG), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) for a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation to Bid (ITB) it intends to issue for the required services / goods described below.

Required services or goods are the following:

Off-line perfect binding machine to bind print-on-demand documents and publications.

As part of system-wide efforts to implement the concept of sustainable publishing, the Printing Section, Publishing Service, DCM, UNOG intend to purchase a machine which is designed to perfect bind short print-run publications which have been produced on digital printing machines. These publications are generally black and white with a full-color cover. The machine must be off-line, simple to set up and operate and produce professional quality finished publications.
