Military Grade PTZ Camera System

The United Nations is seeking an advanced long range Day & Night Stabilized Surveillance System installed within a fixed Observation Post. The device will also need to be able to be controlled remotely. (All network Interconnections are already in place.) The intent of this E.O.I notice is to encourage experienced, reputable Operators of the subject System to express their interest (if already registered as UN vendor) or apply for registration as a UN vendor so that they can be considered for invitation to bid in such solicitations. For manufacturers who are not registered as UN vendors, the registration process is in two parts: corporate/financial and technical/operational. Both need to be completed. Please also note that this request does not constitute a solicitation. The Procurement Division reserves the right to change or cancel this request at any time. It should be noted that by submitting a reply to this EOI does not automatically guarantee or obligate the UN to invite any particular company to participate in the subsequent bidding process. Only those prospective companies that are deemed qualified by UN upon completion of an objective evaluation of their submission to the EOI will be invited to participate in any subsequent tender exercise.
