Therefore, it is questioning that delivering location is Kabul or Herat office???Thanks!Dear Sir,The bid security shall be valid for 120 days from the date of bid submission.The bid security must be submitted int the following address: United Nations Office for Project ServicesAfghanistan Operations Center. New clarification added: Dear Sir/Madam,As per General Information tab on the site for the project, the clarification meeting is on 07 of Mar 2018 while as per the Tender particulars tab on the site the meeting is on 27 Feb 2018, and as per an email reply received from Mehrabudin Khalidy AFOC Procurement Associate the meeting is tomorrow 26 Feb 2018. New clarification added: Dear Sir, Considering extension of pre-bid meeting, we expect some more time to be given for the applicants to register for the pre-bid meeting scheduled for 27th Feb 18.Best, Dear Sir,We cannot extend the Pre-bid meeting date as a number of bidders already expressed their interest for tomorrow to be held in Herat in as stated in bid particulars of this ITB.

New clarification added: Dear Sir,I know all policy and Producer of UNOPS Tendering, if not participated in pre bid conference what will be happened?Dear Sir,As the pre-bid meeting mandatory this will be a part of eligibility criteria (if set mandatory) where the companies need to attend this meeting in order to get sufficient knowledge that how to submit a proper bid. Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid will resulte in disqualification of your offer.
