Dear Sir,

Long Term Arrangement (LTA)  for Air and sea freight customs clearance, road and sea transportation, and warehouse services in Amman, Jordan.

 

EMAILED BIDS must be sent exclusively to menarobids@unicef.org, in a non-editable format (i.e. PDF), clearly marked with the tender reference UNICEF-RFP- 9137263- Long Term Arrangement (LTA)  for Air and sea freight customs clearance, road and sea transportation, and warehouse services in Amman, Jordan.and dispatched to arrive NO LATER than the 11:00 am (Amman time) on 12.February.2018. Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

Please ensure that Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal are sent in a separate emails. Each email should indicate the Tender Number and Technical or Financial Proposal in the subject line.  The Financial Proposal must be submitted in a separate email from the Technical Proposal.  Prices shall not appear in any other part of the Technical proposal.

It is important to read all the provisions in the bid document to insure you understand UNICEF’s requirement and can submit an offer in compliance with them. Failure to provide compliant offer will result in the invalidation of your bid.

In case of non-respect of the submission instructions above and in part II of the document, UNICEF will not be held responsible for proposal opened by mistake before the deadline and/or proposals misplaced.
