The United Nations Joint Staff Pension Fund (“UNJSPF”) established by the General Assembly of the United Nations ("UN") provides retirement, death, disability and related benefits for UN Staff and other international intergovernmental organizations admitted to membership in the Fund. • Most of the Fund’s assets are internally managed with a market value of approximately US$32 billion. Investments in small capitalization companies are outsourced to external managers. • UNJSPF is a globally diversified fund. Most of the exposure is in major developed markets, the Fund is committed to finding sound investment opportunities in emerging markets. • The assets were invested in about 27 currencies and in 48 countries, in regional institutions and international institutions, and in institutional investment trusts. • All investments made must meet the criteria of safety, profitability, liquidity, and convertibility. A. The Fund is presently seeking a qualified firm or qualified trainers to provide training services for its staff on the recently acquired Charles River Trade Order Management System (TOMS). The selected firm must have: a) A minimum of three (3) years experience in providing software / user training on financial software systems, b) A minimum of two (2) years of proven training experience in the Charles River TOMS – with at least three successful assignments. References must be provided upon request, c) Be able to provide a comprehensive training schedule d) Be able to provide a listing and samples of user material and training aids that will be used in the training programme and training manual. e) Provide CV’s / Resumé of proposed trainers.
