Provision of Mobile Simultaneous Intrepretation Booth Systems (Translator Booths)

The Special Tribunal for Lebanon (STL) with its Headquarters located in Leidschendam, The Netherlands, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably experienced and capable companies to express interest for the Provision of Mobile Simultaneous interpretation Booths used by Translators during conferences and/or meetings. Detailed specifications and estimated volume requirements will be provided with the solicitation documents. It is anticipated that this contract will commence in November 2009 until end December 2009, with possible extensions of 1 or 2 years subject to satisfactory performance. The objective of the STL is to establish a shorlist of respondents who have the technical and professional capability and experience in the Provsion of Mobile Translation booths, that are ISO Standard 4043 and suitable for simultaneous interpretation. Maintenance and Support services for the equipment will be provided by the vendor as well as all the accessories making up the translator booths. Responses to this EOI should be made using the attached Response Form. This EOI does not constitute a solicitation. The STL reserves the right to change or cancel the requirement at any time during the EOI. Please note that responding to the EOI does not guarantee your company will be invited to the forthcoming tender that will be issued.
