Description
  1. The African Development Bank (the Bank) intends to select an eligible firm to organize its 2018 Africa Investment Forum (AIF).
  2. The selected firm will ensure the effective preparation, management and execution of the forum that will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 7 to 9 November 2018.

  4. The selected firm will ensure the effective preparation, management and execution of the forum that will be held in Johannesburg, South Africa from 7 to 9 November 2018.

  5.    The Bank will organize a pre-bid conference on 18 December 2017 at 09h00 hours local time in Abidjan.  Bidders may attend the pre-bid conference in person or remotely via video-conference.

  6.  The proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered at the following address by Monday 15 January 2017 at 1500 hours, Abidjan local time.
