REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST The United Nations Organization Stabilization Mission in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (MONUSCO) hereby solicit Expression of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies for the provision of outsourced technical maintenance services to MONUSCO CITS antennae locations across DR Congo as stated herein. Description of General Requirements: - Provide ICT service delivery and support by deploying satellite technician and network specialist to all MONUSCO CITS antenna locations in DR Congo. - Satellite technician to carry out IntelSat satellite system operations, commissioning, line-up and cabling etc., installation, operation, maintenance and repair of C-Band, KU-Band, L-Band satellite earth stations, etc. - Network technician to provide on-site service-desk support services, network administration of IT equipment - PC workstations, TCP/IP routers configuration, maintaining and expanding wireless network, implementing and integrating network and internet working technologies, etc.
