The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out the following work: Providing communication support to the WHO China Country Office

WHO is an Organization that is dependent on the budgetary and extra-budgetary contributions it receives for the implementation of its activities. Bidders are, therefore, requested to propose the best and most cost-effective solution to meet WHO requirements, while ensuring a high level of service.

Qualified and interested institutions should submit the RFP Acknowledgement Form for Intention to bid to wpchnwr@who.int by 13 November 2017. Please use Tender Notice No. 64031 as subject to all submissions. 

Deadline for the submission of proposal is 20 November 2017 17:00 Beijing time in hard copies as indicated in the RFP document.
