Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule, should be submitted in accordance with Section 2, and be received before 23rd November 2017, 17:00 Hours Copenhagen Local Time (CET).
Pre- Bid clarification meeting over SKYPE will be held on:
