REoI and Screening for Global LTA Office furniture, stationary and equipment (catalogue options)

UNICEF Supply Division is in the process of initiating a solicitation for Education Supplies (Office Stationary, Equipment and Furniture )

Education Supplies (Office Stationary, Equipment and Furniture  for office use including catalogue options) - Bidding Q2/2023

This REoI is addressed to vendors with experience in the sourcing and supply of the above-mentioned products.

As needs vary widely from Country to Country and UNICEF Offices need to be able to procure a wide range of equipment, it is expected that the selected vendor(s) can provide catalogue options preferably on-line through the supplier WEB page, CD/ROM or hard copy catalogues. Catalogues must be readily accessible for UNICEF offices.  Information of Catalogue websites must be available.

Companies, which have experience with such products and are interested in being considered for the tender should express interest by completing this web form by [26/02/2023]

Interested vendors are to note UNICEF is endeavouring to have geographically diverse supplier sourcing which will be part of the preliminary review of this REOI. 

It is recommended to express interest for these products to be considered for future tender participation. To be considered for the planned tender it is preferable, but not a requirement for potential suppliers to have a website providing detail listing of their product and service range.

Expression of Interest received will be screened based on the information provided and based on required documentation being available on UNGM. (Refer to UNGM help center on how to upload documents. https://help.ungm.org/hc/en-us/articles/360012816320-How-to-upload-documents-in-UNGM-)

(e) UNICEF reserves the right to require compliance with additional conditions as and when issuing the final solicitation document.
