Bids received in any other manner will be INVALIDATED.

Please ensure that Technical Proposal and Financial Proposal are sent in a separate emails. Each email should indicate the Tender Number followed by either “Technical” or “Financial” Proposal in the subject line. Price information shall not appear in any part of the Technical proposal.
