Training of artisans and blacksmiths

Training of at least 20 artisans on personal and workplace safety, production of spare parts for ox-plough and agricultural tools like hoe, panga, axe, maloda, sickle, knife, etc. and marketing channels and benefits of collective marketing.

Total training duration will be 12 w/days.

[10 artisans will be trained in Torit and 10 artisans will be trained in Kapoita]

Training of at least 20 artisans on personal and workplace safety, production of improved metallic bins and frying pans, cooking stove, sheet metal boxes (sanduk), etc. and marketing channels and benefits of collective marketing.

Total training duration will be 12 w/days.

Training of at least 20 artisans on personal and workplace safety, fabrication and repair of improved bee hives, improved planter, solar dryer, handles for agricultural tools and implements, etc. and marketing channels and benefits of collective marketing.

Supply of six sets of tool kits to the target groups.

[Two sets of tool kit for the blacksmith groups, two sets for the metal working groups and two sets for the carpentry groups]

Supply of 100 units of metallic bins of 250 kg capacity [50 bins made of GI sheet and 50 bins made of used oil drums]
