Organization of Travel Arrangements – Workshop Hammamet, Tunisia
United Nations Educational, Science and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) hereby invite qualified companies to submit sealed tenders as follows:
Objectives and Scope
The overarching aim of the activity is support for the logistics of a workshop to be held in Hammamet, Tunisia from 31 July to 9 August 2017 in the framework of a UNESCO project supporting Libyan Higher Education Institutions.
Expected Procurement Components Under the overall authority of the direction of the UNESCO Knowledge Societies Division, the service provider shall:
1. Support participants travel to attend a Workshop in Hammamet (arrival Monday 31 July):
a) Return economy class tickets for 17 participants (Tripoli-Tunis-Tripoli)
b) Return economy class tickets for 21 participants (Baida-Tunis-Baida)
c) Return economy class for 2 participants (Sabha- Tripoli).
d) Arrange travel from different Libyan cities to airport cities (Tripoli and Baida)
2. Support participants travel to attend a Workshop in Hammamet (arrival Sunday 6 August):
a) Return economy class tickets for 3 participants (Baida-Tunis-Baida)
b) Return economy class tickets for 12 participants (Tripoli-Tunis-Tripoli)
c) Return economy class for 1 participant (Sabha- Tripoli).
d) Arrange travel from different Libyan cities to airport cities (Tripoli and Baida)
3.Organize and arrange all logistics as mentioned below in Hammamet:
a) Accommodation in Hammamet (All-inclusive) for up to 38 participants,checking in on 31 July
b) Check out of 16 participants shall take place on 6 August
c) Check in of 16 participants shall take place on 6 August
d) Two coffee breaks (coffee, tea, mini pastries) per day for up to 38 participants
from 1 to 5 August 2017
e) Two coffee breaks (coffee, tea, mini pastries) per day for up to 37 participants from 7 to 8 August 2017
f) 53 Travel insurances
g) Transportation to and from the airport to the hotel for 53 participants
h)Arrange simultaneous interpretation for 5 days during the workshops(Arabic/English) (1-5 August and 7-8 August)
i) Book meeting room from 1 to 5 and from 7 to 8 August 2017
j) Provide a LCD projector, a screen in the meeting room and electrical outlets for laptops of participants.
4. Organize and reserve hotels inside Libya as required according to flight schedules
