Requirements Analysis and Solutions Recommendations for Live Webcasting

The International Labour Office (hereinafter the “ILO”) is pleased to invite you or your company to submit a proposal for the provision of a Requirements Analysis and Solutions Recommendations for Live Webcasting.
In order to submit a proposal, registration with the UN Global Marketplace (UNGM) is necessary. To register as a new potential ILO supplier in UNGM (www.ungm.org) please follow the detailed instructions in the attached document entitled “Instructions on how to access ILO tenders and submit a proposal" (Annex I-A).
If you or your company are already registered in UNGM, kindly ensure that the pertinent contact information (i.e. email, contact name, phone numbers, etc.) is up to date. Please also ensure that ILO appears in the list of UN organizations with which you or your company are registered – verify under the “UN organizations” tab.
If, for whatever reason, the access to the ILO eTS is not possible, you should promptly contact the ILO support service at pcrt@ilo.org and request authorization to submit your proposal in paper format. Any request must be duly justified. The ILO reserves the right to reject all requests it deems unfounded. Under no circumstances will such a request allow for a postponement of the submission deadline.
Your proposal must be submitted through the ILO e-tendering system (eTS) by Friday 9 June 2017, 4 PM Geneva Time.
