The closing date for submission of bids is 1st June, 2017 at 3.30pm (BST). Any Proposal received after the deadline for submission, will not be accepted. Pre-bid conference on 12th May, 2017, 10am (BST) at Level 1 UN Haus, Buka, Bougainville, PNG
