Bids must be submitted on or before 12:00 (Moldova local time) on 3 April 2017. Late bids shall be rejected.

An open Bid-opening will take place on 3 April 2017, 12:00 (Moldova local time) at UN House Conference Room, #131, 31 August 1989 Street, MD-2012 Chisinau, Moldova.

Offers can be submitted either in hard copy, or electronically. Offers received by fax will be rejected. Incomplete offers shall not be examined.
