Provision of Commissary Services to UNAMA at UNOCA Compound in Kabul, Afghanistan

The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) invites expression of interest (EOI) from qualified companies for establishing, maintaining and operating commissary services at UNAMA location in Kabul: UNOCA Compound at Jalalabad Road, Kabul, Afghanistan. The Commissary shall provide wide variety of items of international standards generally available in supermarkets including but not restricted to toiletries, hygiene items, essential kitchen utility items, canned & frozen food varieties, soft drinks, juice, milk, water, chocolates, biscuits, frozen meat, fish and seafood, delicatessen selections. There will be no sale of alcohol in the Commissary. The Services shall be at cost-profit basis, and will be charged by the Contractor to the customer directly in cash. Please note that this notice is issued only to allow companies to express their interest; it does not constitute a solicitation. Submitting an EOI does not automatically guarantee that a company will be considered for receipt of the tender. UNAMA reserves the right to change or cancel its requirement at any time.
