Reference to the Invitation to Bid and as per the second Site Visit, kindly find attached the Amended Detailed BOQs (2) to be used for pricing as well as additional drawings.

Reference to the Invitation to Bid and specifically to Data Sheet nos. 15, 21 & 24, kindly take note that the deadline has been extended from Friday 31 March 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut Local Time until Monday 10 April 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Beirut Local Time whereby the public opening of the bids will occur on Monday 10 April 2017 at 11:15 a.m. Beirut Local Time.  

In addition, during the site visit, a recent fire in one of the refrigerators which affected the insulation, wire mesh & some plaster was noticed. Therefore, kindly find attached the Amended Detailed BOQs to be used for pricing.

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

The letter should be received by UNDP no later than 02 March 2017.   The same letter should advise whether your company intends to submit a Bid. If that is not the case, UNDP would appreciate your indicating the reason, for our records.  Your email indicated in the acknowledgment letter will be used for follow up communication, i.e bid bulletins etc. 

If you have received this ITB through a direct invitation by UNDP, transferring this invitation to another firm requires notifying UNDP accordingly.  

Should you require any clarification, kindly communicate with the contact person identified in the attached Data Sheet as the focal point for queries on this ITB.  

Your offer submitted only in the name of “UNDP Lebanon Procurement Unit” for “LEB/CO ITB/19/17”, should reach the Procurement Unit, UNDP Office in Beirut, and should be registered and given a Reference Number by the Procurement Unit, at the below mentioned address no later than Friday 24 March 2017, 11:00 a.m. Beirut Local Time.
