Description

UN WFP Somalia, has it’s Liaison Offices in Nairobi and is currently operational in Somaliland, Puntland, Central, Benadir and South regions of Somalia with it’s Country Office in Mogadishu and Area Offices established in Hargeisa, Bossaso, Galkayo, Mogadishu and Dolow.

 

United Nations World Food Programme, intends to launch a tender for supply and delivery of the following food items to Diinsor, Baidoa and Wajid.

 

  • Cereals (Rice, Wheat Floor, Maize),
  • Pulses,
  • Veg Oil,
  • Sugar

 

UNWFP Somalia hereby seeks to pre-qualify Suppliers with reliable experience and capacity to supply and deliver the food commodities mentioned above.  Reputable suppliers are encouraged to fill in the attached supplier registration form which can also be requested by e-mail from Somalia.Procurement@wfp.org or obtained from WFP Area Office in Dollow, Mogadishu or at the Liaison Office, on UN Crescent , Off UN Avenue, Gigiri Nairobi.

 

Eligible Suppliers who meet all of the pre-qualification criteria in this EOI, may be invited to the Request for Proposal (RFP). The invitation will be open to any Suppliers who are able to supply the commodities at the mentioned locations.
