Maintenance and Enhancement of PFP Intranet
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to seek proposals from qualified agencies to establish a Long Term Arrangement for Services (LTAS) for an initial one-year period starting March 2017 with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods on the same terms and conditions (1+1+1) for the provision of resources (onsite, offsite) in the form of staff augmentation on a part-time / on demand / or full-time basis to assist and work closely with Information Communication and Technology Division (ICTD) and Private Fundraising and Partnerships (PFP) Division in the maintenance and enhancement of the new PFP Intranet in SharePoint Online.
The service should include the following activities:
- Full understanding of the PFP Intranet platform through analysis and knowledge transfer from the current vendor and developers
- Support and maintenance of the PFP Intranet
- Enhancements of the platform:
o Analysis of change requests that address new business requirements
o Design and development of solutions that meet change requests
o Test, quality control and implementation of delivered solutions
Specifically, UNICEF needs two (2) resources – a SharePoint Solutions Architect and a SharePoint Developer who will work onsite in Geneva for a specified amount of time for the analysis, knowledge transfer and requirements analysis for new development and enhancements. Afterwards, they may continue the work offsite.
