1. The United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from duly registered companies for the PROVISION OF INLAND TRANSPORTATION SERVICES TO MOVE MINUSCA CARGO FROM MISSION HEADQUARTERS IN BANGUI TO SECTOR LOCATIONS IN BIRAO, N'DELE, OUANDA DJALE AND OBO, Central African Republic (CAR). 2. SCOPE OF SERVICES - Services shall generally include collection, lashing, transportation and offloading in all above locations outside Bangui. - The contractor shall be required to provide suitable 8x8 trucks and trailers, including flat beds and low beds in a good condition. - MHE and MHE Operators for loading will be provided by MINUSCA in Bangui while the contractor will be required to provide same services in the Sectors (Birao, Ouanda Djale, N'dele and Obo). 3 RESPONSE CAPACITY/ ESTIMATED CARGO AMOUNT - Requirement 1: Bangui-Ndele- Birao: 20 TEU / 766 CBM and 1 Caterpillar 120 M grader/15 ton Birao-Ouanda Djale : 05 TEU/192 CBM Birao- Ndele-Bangui: 20 TEU/766 CBM (mainly empty 20' containers) Note: Maximum weight of each TEU will not exceed 10,000 kg. This may also include a diesel tank with capacity not less than 10,000 litres. - Requirement 2: Bangui-Ndele-Birao: 20 TEU /766 CBM Birao-Ndele-Bangui: 20 TEU /766 CBM ( mainly empty 20' containers) - Requirement 3: Bangui-Obo : 20 TEU / 766 CBM Obo- Bangui: 20 TEU / 766 CBM ( mainly empty 20' containers).
