Delivery, Installation and Maintenance of Security Information Management (PSIM), Video Management System (VMS) and Physical Security Access Control (PACS)

UPDATE 24.01.2017: attached under "document tab" hereto a notification of amendment (amendment n. 1) of subject RFP concerning the Site Visit at ITU premises. 

Within the framework of the Security Modernisation Project, The International Telecommunication Union (ITU) issues the present Request for Proposal to select a qualified company for the for the supply, installation, connection, configuration, commissioning  and maintenance of all equipment, components and systems for Physical Security Information System (PSIM Supervision systems), Video-Surveillance Management System (VMS) and Physical Access Control system (PACS).

The complete RFP document set, including among others, Terms of References, Instructions to Bidders and Annexes, will be provided by ITU Procurement Division upon request only. Therefore, interested Bidders, shall confirm by no later than Monday 23 January 2017 at 16h00 (Geneva time) their intention to participate to this RFP requesting the complete RFP document set.

Bidders have the opportunity to participate in an optional site visit which will be held on Thursday 26 January 2017 at 9h30 (Geneva time) at ITU Tower entrance, 54, Avenue Giuseppe Motta, Geneva (Switzerland). Interested Bidders are requested to confirm their attendance by email to Valentina.pistritto@itu.int with cc. Proc@itu.int by Monday 23 January 2017 at 16h00 (Geneva Time) .

All requests for technical and/or procedural clarifications shall be submitted in writing by the deadline of Monday 30 January 2017 at 12h00 (Geneva time) to Valentina.pistritto@itu.int with cc. to Proc@itu.int .

The Bid Closing Date is Monday 13 February 2017 at 16h00 (Geneva Time).
