GAM Online Reporting Tool - Web development

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to enter into a contractual agreement with a successful bidder and select a suitable contractor to carry out revisions to the web application, AIDS online reporting tool (https://aidsreportingtool.unaids.org), in accordance with new requirements for the Global AIDS Monitoring (GAM) 2017 reporting. 

The AIDS online reporting tool is a bespoke, web-based data management application being used by rapporteurs from various countries to submit their data on core AIDS indicators. The application was built using Python and Django framework, with a MySQL database and running on a Linux Operating System. 

Work is required to be conducted in January and completed by 1-February-2017 with a period of support, troubleshooting and bug-fixing until May 2017.
