The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) and The United Nations Special Coordinator for the Middle East Peace Process (UNSCO) with their Headquarters located at Government House, Armon Hanatziv, Jerusalem and Gaza City, Gaza, requests Expression of Interest (EOI) from suitable Travel Agencies for the Provision of Travel Management Services for all UN official and non-official travel to various destinations in the world. The services required include, but are not limited to: 1. Provision of services to support official and non-official travel of staff members of the UN, their dependents and other persons nominated by the UN such as military personnel, consultants, individual Contractors or members of committees; 2. Air travel reservation; 3. Reservation and ticketing including processing timelines; 4. Airfares and Airlines Routings/Itineraries ; Provide the best competitive price of airlines tickets; 5. Supplementary services might be requested such as web based solutions for travel services, Travel information, Flight Cancellation/Rebooking and Refunds; assistance at Hotel reservations; 6. Travel advisories; 7. Provide advice on travel & booking restrictions, excess baggage and insurance and other services, as required. Companies interested in receiving the solicitation documents are requested to submit a written Expression of Interest (EOI) to include the following: a. Company’s Profile including UNGM Number; b. Financial statement demonstrating sufficient financial solidity to enter into contract with the United Nations; c. Reference List of current or previous service contracts on similar services, in sufficient details to allow UNTSO to consider your firm for the receipt of the solicitation. UNTSO will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information demonstrating their ability to fulfill UNTSO’s requirements. In addition, the interested companies will be requested to complete a UNGM Registration Process (new vendors only) in order to be considered. A detailed Statement of Requirements (SOR) will be provided to companies short listed for receipt of the RFP documents. Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a proposal. UNTSO reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the RFP documents. UNTSO reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
