Provision of SAP Consulting and Development Services

UN World Food Programme has been using the SAP R/3 Business Suite software since 2000 to manage the financial, logistic, budgeting and employees components of the agency and in July 2009 WFP has released in production a new version of its ERP suite called WINGS2 and currently it is running o mySAP Business Suite Application (ECC 6.0),
WFP SAP Business Suite Application (ECC 6.0) systems is based on SAP ECC v6.5, SAP EP 7.3, SAP Netweaver PI 7.3, SAP solution Manager 7.1 and SAP GRC Access Control 10.1, and covers about 5300 WFP staff in 87 Country Offices around the world, 6 Regional Bureaus, 11 Liaison Offices and Rome Headquarter.
UNWFP need to establish long term agreements for procuring consulting and development services for its ERP solution based on SAP platform and hereby seeks and invites to pre-qualified, interested and reputable suppliers, system integrators, or other technology companies with a strong experience in SAP projects, preferably with proven experience on IT solution development project(s) and service gathering business requirements through analysis, designing and deploying solution and working also maintenance and support activities.
The services will be requested when the need of skilled consultants for development projects or maintenance and support with different modality arises

Please note, that potential suppliers, who have expressed their interest, will be requested to complete and furnish the questionnaire which will be used to pre-qualify potential solution providers.
The questionnaire will be communicated in a due course.
Eligible suppliers who meet all of the pre-qualification criteria may be invited to participate in a competitive tendering process –RFP (Request for Proposals).
