Description
The UNICEF CEE/CIS Regional Office is issuing this RFPS (Request for Proposal for Services) to select and contract a Service Provider (SP) and establish Long Term Arrangements for Services (LTAS) over a period of one year (1) starting 01 September 2016 with the option to extend each year for total three years (1+1+1) upon satisfactory results for supporting work (e.g. conducting trainings, workshops, development of learning tools and guidance) for programmes supporting Adolescents Living with HIV (ALHIV) in countries of the CEE/CIS Region. The main purpose of the assignment is to build capacity of service providers and policy makers to provide psychosocial support and services for adolescents living with within and across countries of the CEE/CIS Region as well as to provide policy advice on how support systems should be organized.
SCOPE OF WORK
Activities include, but are not necessarily limited to the following tasks:
Run three-day training courses for practitioners from health and social care services on the psychosocial needs of children and adolescents living with HIV and their families.
Run regional webinars using interactive activities and offering participants the opportunity to send in complex cases relating to the set topic in advance.
