The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) hereby invites you to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject. 

Your offer, comprising of a Technical Bid and Price Schedule together, should be submitted electronically in accordance with Section-2 latest by 17th July 2016 by 1400 hours.

It shall remain your responsibility to ensure that your bid will reach the address above on or before the deadline.  Bids that are received by UNDP after the deadline indicated above, for whatever reason, shall not be considered for evaluation.
