Provision of Global Ground Handling and Air Navigation Services for UNSMIL, Libya     

1. The United Nations Support Mission in Libya (“UNSMIL”), seeks Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from duly registered and licensed companies for the Provision of Global Ground Handling & Air Navigation Services when is required as such and not limited to Passenger Services, Ramp services, Marshalling, Cargo and Mail Handling, Crew Accommodation and Catering and Air Navigation Services. 2. UNSMIL will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue a Request for Proposals (RFP) to qualified companies that express their interest and ability to fulfil UNSMIL requirements. 3. The succesful bidder will be awareded with a long-term contract for an initial duration of one (1) year, with two (2) optional one (1) year extensions (1+1+1), subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor and UNSMIL’s operational needs.
