Repairing of the Asphalt Pavement at MINUSTAH Apron in Port au Prince, Haiti

1.0 The United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (MINUSTAH), with its headquarters located in Port-au-Prince, is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from qualified companies wishing to be considered for inclusion in a tender for the Repairing of the Asphalt Pavement at MINUSTAH Apron in Port au Prince, Haiti. 1.1 MINUSTAH will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and accordingly intends to issue an Request for Proposal (RFP) to those companies who would express their interest and demonstrate their ability to fulfill MINUSTAH requirements. Interested vendors must also provide a copy of the registration certificate / licences (s) of the company. 1.2 Please note that this request for EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid. 1.3 MINUSTAH reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities. Mere submission of an EOI would not automatically warrant receipt of the Bid (RFP) documents. 1.4 The expressions of interest may be submitted by email, hand-delivery or courier to MINUSTAH Logistic Base, Port au Prince, Haiti.
