PROC-AB-1567-15-TLC Branding and Design Agency 2016-2017

The International Telecommunication Union (hereinafter referred to as "ITU") issues the present
Request for Proposal (“Tender”) for the appointment a company to deliver ITU Telecom brand strategy
and communications campaigns for ITU Telecom World 2016 that is scheduled will take place in
Bangkok, Thailand in November 2016 and subject to satisfactory delivery and availability of funds for
ITU Telecom World 2017.
With this Tender ITU intends to engage, in accordance with its rules and procedures, a Vendor to
perform and provide all requirements specified in the Terms of Reference (Part III) of the present
Tender.
This Tender will be administrated by ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, Vendors requiring any
clarification about the Tender Document, or the procurement process itself, shall submit their queries,
in writing, by the deadline of Friday 6 November 2015 at 12h00 hours (Geneva Time) to the following

All queries duly received, as well as ITU related responses, will be published on the UNGM website
(www.ungm.org) without mention of the question’s source.
The deadline for submission of the Proposal is Friday 4 December 2015 at 12h00 hours (Geneva
Time). All Proposals must be physically submitted to the address referred to in Section 5.4.
At any time prior to the deadline for Proposal submission, ITU may at its discretion modify the Tender
Document by amendments. All prospective Vendors shall periodically check if amendments or any
other communication have been posted on UNGM.
