Supply & Delivery of Drugs and Medical Consumables to UNAMI Premises in the Green Zone, Baghdad

1. United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) intends to solicit bids for the Supply and Delivery of Drugs and Medical Consumables to UNAMI in Baghdad GZ, Iraq (Incoterms 2010).

2. The requirements will include, but not limited to, the followings:

i. Capability to provide, clear and deliver the above required items direct DAP UNAMI Compound Baghdad, Green Zone, Iraq.

ii. Minimum of 3-year proven experience in the field of Medicines and Related Items.

iii. Required shelf life should be not less than two (2) years from the date of delivery.

iv. UNGM registered Note: Proof of Documents must be submitted as part of technical requirements upon receipt of the tender document.

3. For this purpose, UNAMI will undertake a competitive bidding exercise shortly and issue accordingly an Invitation to Bid (ITB) with detailed specifications, UN General Conditions of Contracts and other related documents to those companies who would express their interest and provide initial relevant information as to their ability to fulfill UNAMI's requirement.

4. In addition, the interested companies (New Vendors Only) are requested to complete their registration on the United Nations Global Marketplace (www.ungm.org).

5. Please note on the following: a) This EOI is not an invitation for submission of a bid. b) UNAMI reserves the right in selecting the invitees for the competitive bidding based on substantial and proven records of performance in the subject field of activities and mere expressing an interest would not automatically warrant for tender document. c) UNAMI reserves the right to reject EOIs received after the above deadline.
